Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Deposit is payable at time of booking, balance is payable at check-in.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, our tour desk ticketing system has access to over 3,000 tourism and leisure products Australia wide. If you provide details of what you would like to visit prior to your arrival, one of our friendly staff will tailor a package specifically for you incorporating current specials and hot deals.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, one free token for Wi-Fi is provided at check-in. Additional tokens may be purchased at reception for a small fee if required.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Brand new heated outdoor swimming pool, brand new spa, brand new BBQ area complete, shower, sauna and toilets. Full size tennis court, ample lawn area for the children to run round.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, free secure undercover parking is provided with each booking and the local streets have free parking too should you have additional vehicles.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, all bed linen is provided as well as a bath towel for each guest.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise?

The center of Surfers Paradise is just over 2km.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, there is a fantastic selection within walking distance. Tedder Avenue has a range of culinary delights from cafes to fine dining, takeaways and everything in between. Southport Surfclub is located on Main Beach Parade and Southport Yacht Club on Macarthur Parade are also within easy walking distance.

There is a 7-Eleven within 250m on Main Beach Parade and a couple of Convenience Stores on Tedder Avenue. Australia Fair is situated 2km away and has Woolworths and Coles

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, there are two bus stops in front of the complex on Main Beach Parade and another on Breaker Street. The Gold Coast light rail is a few minutes walk, approximately 500m to Main Beach Station which is located on the Gold Coast highway.

Q: Does the public transport go to the Theme Parks?

Yes, the bus stop on Breaker Street is serviced by 705 (Seaworld), TX 2 (Movieworld) and TX 3 (Dreamworld).

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

We are situated directly opposite a patrolled beach, perfect for family fun on the sand and dip in the ocean under the watchful eye of the Lifeguards. We are perfectly positioned for the all the major theme parks like Seaworld, Movieworld, Dreamworld and Wet & Wild and we are just a short drive from the Casino and Draculas.

Q: How far away is the Gold Coast 600 race track?

We are situated on the GC600 track on one of the most exciting corners.
